SufferingTears crashing around me
as all I do is feel this hurt
The pain deep inside of me
I can't bear to go on much longer

The eyes of glass
the heart that aches
I can't control
the urges i feel inside me

My mind takes over control
of this hurt left unknown
I can't help but to cry
and have the tears falling down my face

I can't take this much longer
so please go on without me
The truth behind every story
the deep hurt i feel inside

I feel like a failure at life
no hope for this life to go on
so please leave me here to suffer
Maybe one day it will all change

I, a child birthed in chains

And on this day

They will break

Self-taught to be a mute
I learned to be afraid of you
For my choices and actions would get rebuked

I combined my fear and envy
As I was raised in the middle of society
My power and my pride were deprived of me

I'm only an empty vessel
All promises are now fabled
But soon all shall witness my revival

No voice / No roll
No shadow / No soul
No face / No absolution
No grace / No vengeance

Defeat hate / Defeat pain
Defeat fate / Defeat blame
Defeat fear / Defeat corruption
Defeat despair / Defeat discrimination

The urge to stop the cycle
It's either my dow

I'll miss you every dayit's been a couple of days now,
since you went away.
I'd rather had you here to stay.
not a single day goes by,
that I don't think of you
I'm hoping you're on the other side,
thinking of me too.
I will always keep you close,
locked deep in my heart.
my love for you will never end,
that I knew, from the very first start.

With etched on lines framing my eyes
When I smile
Or frown
This extra luggage
Around my middle weighing me down
Pounds of flesh
Wide platypus feet
Gray that I try to hide
The windows of my soul are grimy
Teeth that are stained from too many cigarettes
And coffee
Hair that is chopped off short
So that I look like a boy
An eyebrow ring
Tattoos
See me
Not conforming
To a society that is starched white
With pleats
I am woman
I spit at injustice
Hear the voice that I speak
It comes from many years on this earth
I am more than this body
There is no truth to an unkind justice
Do not be blind

Even when I'm at my weakest
I still lend you my strength
Even when my eyes are their darkest
I still look out for you the best way I can

I'm not the hero of the day
I just know what's right

I'm not some selfless saint
Someone has to bear the light

I don't expect any praise
All my deeds are of the same kind

I need not your thanks
No relief can fill this void in my life

No rest for the wicked / No love for the abandoned
No hope for the innocent / No pain for the departed

I'll give you my all / I'll rise while I fall
I'll answer your call / I'll serve until there's no pulse

I'm not looking for acknowledgme

Don't I deserve it?Why is the flesh so fragile?
Soft skin turns to jagged red lines
The day before the snow came
Three years ago so similar
Right to this day, before the moon came out
This life I live, it frightens them
One week ago I finally went insane
I cut some more jagged lines
Right down to the bone, my love
I hope this hurts you
As much as it hurts me every day
Don't I deserve it, my love?
After all, I blame you
All of my insecurities, spoon fed

That's the music flowing in you

I left behind my old life / I've become what I've feared

To this cruel color...
That leaves me haunted

My eyes scream
As I opened the door to my soul
Those thoughts of you start to bleed
Reminding me that you're just a person I used to know

A dark ocean blue that I once knew
Leaked through my window
It matched this mood
Amplifying the sorrow

Sparking negative energy
It's the secret source of my core
The only element allowing me-
To survive another day, once more

Without a prayer
I push forward

With extreme hatred
Force the nostalgia to devour

All the memories
haunt me in the night
the depression takes over
and the pain begins to rise

A life full of pain

a life i never enjoyed
a life that should end

Nothing to feel
No hope to go on
a life that I always wanted
was to end this Life altogether.....

Life be Better without MeI rather live in Sadness
knowing that I can feel the pain
I Rather live in Agony
and deal with the thoughts in my mind

Nothing will ever fade away
It was all just messed up lies to take
I wish I never was born
then maybe life can be a happier place

A life full of hurt
the pain that will never escape
Crying alone
for no one to see the pain i burden in me

For all those who care
for all those who lied
Maybe it was all meant to be
that this life was hopeless to all

I can't seem to get these memories out
I can't feel anything within me
Maybe I was just a hopeless failure...
that life would be better without me....

The Shades Of My Eyes

Emerald:
Treading along a path of healing
Within an aura of rejuvenation

Restore the strongest force of life
Renew these weakening limits of mine

Devotion has no means to an end
There is only hope and strength to be lent
-
Azure:
Just like the void called the sky
Even the clouds don't hinder sight

A storm could be brewing
And lightning could be striking

But there is no fear dwelling
Only a calm, tranquil feeling
-
Violet:
A rarity itself
An enigma that stands out

A peace that transcends
An energy that ascends

A strong person who is still only human
An outcome of living within the moment
-
Gold:
Like a stunning sunrise
Shunning out an ominous evening night

Piercing through that unending blanket of darkness
To see the light of day again, it tells me that I've made it

The sun rays hit and land
And starts to melt the doubt from my hands
-
Ashen:
The will to endure
The wisdom to acquire

There are no words that speak truly
Enough to express the feeling of serenity

A soul as tough as stone
Ashes to ashes, flesh to bone

Obsidian:
Shadows inhabit reality
The darkness exists naturally

Cover up the world
Let it rest up for tomorrow

But I can still see
Within the veil that shrouds me
