All of the struggles I had to endure
I always desperately held on
It was a day after day ritual
Learning to stay strong

Different advice from the wise
I had to fuse it all together
And make sense of every voice
I couldn't allow my hope to wither

while others call it Love

Who love both of the sexes
Many people call it a Sin
while others believe it isn't fake

There is nothing wrong with it
We are here to love one another
So why do people call us a Sin?
When to be Honest Love is a Beautiful thing

Many will think its wrong
while others think it's perfectly fine
Not all girls love Men
and not all Men love Girls

So why can't we all be equal?
Why must there be a Fight?
Maybe I will go to Hell
Cause maybe it is a Sin

As if it was just last night
Our surroundings were lit
Illuminated by the surfaces covered in white

The way you smiled
It gave me comfort inside
And my heart seemed to be veiled
Knowing you have become a part of my life

I ceased breathing
Chills were sent
Our hands touching
Our lips met

Gazing at you is a must
You curiously peered up
As snowflakes danced down towards us
And it dawned on me that I was madly in love

Are seen as abominations among humanity

I'm a another stereotype labeled by society

Even though I'm trying my best to just be me

But I am just another human

So many words to be said / So much hate to be meant
Lash out towards the difference / Guilt trip my already-clouded conscience

I am not the one who is typical
I choose to look a different way

You need to look in the mirror
And ask what does a dictator always say?

Cascading glares swim around my whole body
Searching for some kind of flaw that I might have
But they don't realize that my life is the problem entirely
I can hardly keep on hiding all of the imperfections I secretly grasp

Denial is simple / If you say so
Pretending is impossible / I can't let you know

So I no longer speak for myself
No, not anymore
I feel that I deserve this hell
My pure torture

I'm just too snared by the knives in my back
No one wanted to accept me for who I really was
That's why I had no choice but to put up this wounded act
But I guess that's what the feeling of losing everybody do

It's like living and sleeping within tortuous realities
Even though I'm unconscious- there is no such thing as rest for me

No one knows how powerful my dreams can be
No one knows all of the graphic images I've seen

But to mold them is impossible

I've heard this said so many times
and yet believe it be untrue
it's scared people telling lies
people scared of something new
First of all I'd like to say
sexuality isn't wrong
there is no need to point it out
and call it a flaw
It's a normal part of us
how nature let's us come
there's homosexuality in all living species
and homophobia in one
Now for there difference
of pansexual and bi
Bisexuals usually have tendencies
Pans give everyone a try
We don't care
if you're from here or there
don't mind the colour of your hair
or the kind of clothes you wear
Bisexuals say "boys and girls
but I prefer one side"
there's nothing wrong with saying that
there's nothing there to hide
All we pans really care about
Is who you are and have been
Is loving you for who you are
really such a sin?

Hate is the killer in us all
Morbid fascinations of torture
For something too simple to be true
Love will see no gender.

I realize there's a sense of cruelty in all of us

When tempted at breaking down those barriers of trust

Becoming Unjudged

Hypocrisy
Devoured beliefs
And engulfed society

It's hard to believe
Some of us still have our humanity
But there are those who still cannot see

The damaged moralities
That was bestowed from corrupted creed
You don't know the heavy burden that each of us carries
-
_{Growing up
As gray as gray can be
Told that the way I am is wrong
I was taught to fear the real me!

Learning to hate differentiality
Hearing whispers all around
I despised my own identity
Things need to change now!

Some of us don't even make it that far / It's not what you do- but who you are
None of us should ever live in the dark / There will always be a spark in our hearts

Heads held high
Let the true colors show
Revealed in the light
There's no reason to hide anymore!

Take control of life
Get rid of past remorse
Leave it all behind
Happiness is worth fighting for!}

Trust
Conceals a lesson
One that's worth the cost

Each of us deserves a clear conscience
The hope that we carry cannot become lost
Don't let there be another victim of discrimination

At least show each other a sliver of love

Our Numb Tears

Something deep within me / Is longing for relief
A haunting aura around me / Reminding me of the grief

Scratching at the core of my soul / Hope is swallowed by a black hole
Locked in the center of my heart / All that is left is the traumatized part

Laugh, smile, blink, and focus. You just need to act as normal as possible.
You cannot let this pain get the best of you. Don't do anything irresponsible.
The damage you do to yourself also effects everyone else, so don't let it become irreversible.

I love this so much the rhyming is amazing it tells a story and it makes me wanna cry I'm tired of being stuck stuck in a rut that u can't get out of I'm harried so far underneath discrimation the hated judgement that I can't breathe

Wow, you have so many poems.

I'm not much of a critique-type-of-person. And the last time someone asked me to look at their gallery, I think I hurt their feelings because they never talked to me afterwards. So I try and stay away from those types of things. Maybe if you choose 3 or 4 poems that you want me to look at and then I will share comment on them. Does that sound okay?
